- A baking sheet
- Parchment paper
- Large mixing bowl
- Knife (optional)
Ingredients:
- 1 Bunch Kale
- 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
- Salt
- Garlic Powder
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Wash your kale leaves. Cut or tear the leafy parts from the stems, then cut or tear the leaves into various sizes, but not too small.
- Toss in the bowl with olive oil to coat. DO NOT OVER OIL.
- Lay leaves out on baking sheet lined with parchment
- Bake for 10-15 minutes, until crispy. (keep careful watch near the end, these go from not quite done-burnt in no time)
- Wash or wipe out excess oil from bowl and use to serve or serve on dinner plates as a side dish
