Krispy Kale (AKA Kale Chips)


You Will Need:
Shown as a side dish
  • A baking sheet
  • Parchment paper
  • Large mixing bowl
  • Knife (optional)

Ingredients:
  • 1 Bunch Kale
  • 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • Salt
  • Garlic Powder

Directions:
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Wash your kale leaves. Cut or tear the leafy parts from the stems, then cut or tear the leaves into various sizes, but not too small.
  3. Toss in the bowl with olive oil to coat. DO NOT OVER OIL.
  4. Lay leaves out on baking sheet lined with parchment
  5. Bake for 10-15 minutes, until crispy. (keep careful watch near the end, these go from not quite done-burnt in no time)
  6. Wash or wipe out excess oil from bowl and use to serve or serve on dinner plates as a side dish
