Lamburgers (Lamb Burgers)


What you will need:
  • Large Mixing bowl
  • Fork or small spoon
  • BBQ
Ingredients:
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tsp finely chopped rosemary
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • 3 tbsp almond flour
  • 1 tbsp olive oil OR 1 egg (oil makes them more moist but creates a lot of smoke)
  • 500 g lean ground lamb
Directions:
  1. Add minced garlic, chopped rosemary, salt, pepper, almond flour, and oil or egg in the bowl
  2. Mix until forms a paste
  3. Add meat and mix until meat and seasoning are evenly combined (I use my hands) – note that lamb becomes tough if you overwork it
  4. Form into 4 patties
  5. Grill 8-10 mins, flipping 4 times throughout
