What you will need:
Ingredients:
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tsp finely chopped rosemary
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- 3 tbsp almond flour
- 1 tbsp olive oil OR 1 egg (oil makes them more moist but creates a lot of smoke)
- 500 g lean ground lamb
- Add minced garlic, chopped rosemary, salt, pepper, almond flour, and oil or egg in the bowl
- Mix until forms a paste
- Add meat and mix until meat and seasoning are evenly combined (I use my hands) – note that lamb becomes tough if you overwork it
- Form into 4 patties
- Grill 8-10 mins, flipping 4 times throughout
