Tuna Salad (Mayo-free)

Serves 1-2

You will need:

  • Small Bowl
  • Can Opener
  • Fork


Ingredients:

  • 1 can Tuna (read label to ensure compliant)
  • 1 ½ tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 tsp yellow mustard
  • 1-2 tbsp finely chopped red onion
  • 1-2 tbsp finely chopped dill pickles or capers (read labels to ensure compliant)
  • Salt and Pepper to taste


Directions:

  1. Drain water from Tuna can
  2. Put all ingredients into a bowl and mix well
  3. Best if left in the fridge overnight, but you can enjoy right away if you like
  4. Add to salad or have on its own
