You
will need:
Ingredients:
- 1 can Tuna (read label to ensure compliant)
- 1 ½ tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 tsp yellow mustard
- 1-2 tbsp finely chopped red onion
- 1-2 tbsp finely chopped dill pickles or capers (read labels to ensure compliant)
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Directions:
- Drain water from Tuna can
- Put all ingredients into a bowl and mix well
- Best if left in the fridge overnight, but you can enjoy right away if you like
- Add to salad or have on its own
